Consultation File Upload (Apple and Microsoft Windows)

This method allows you to upload a file, as an attachment, using your default email client.
If you are running Microsoft Windows and have problems uploading (e.g., file size too big, mailbox full),
use the Consultation File Upload Utility, below.

Consultation File Upload Utility (Microsoft Windows only)

Only files with the exact names sent to you can be uploaded using this utility.

Note: This procedure only works for computers running Microsoft Windows.

1. Select the file to upload by clicking the Browse button and finding the file on your computer
2. Click the Submit button

The upload may take several minutes, depending on the size of your file and your connection speed.

Check the status bar at the bottom of your browser window to view the progress of the upload.

You will receive a notification message on this page when the file has been uploaded successfully.

(The file name in the notification will be all caps with spaces replaced by underscores.)
